How does the Warranty Replacement Guarantee work?
Qmadix products are Designed to work with life™, and so is our warranty policy. At Qmadix we stand behind our products and the manner in which it is intended to be used. We offer a warranty replacement guarantee against material defects starting on the first day of purchase.
All Qmadix products carry up to a one year warranty. The Qmadix Invisible Tech Armor and First Defense tempered glass screen protector(s) have a limited lifetime warranty.
Do I need to register my product?
Registration of our products is not required unless you purchased a Liquid Glass-Screen Protector with Screen Protect+ Replacement Guarantee.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Just click on the "Warranty Claim" link to get to our Warranty Claim page. Answer the questions to help us determine the product we need to replace and provide your proof-of-purchase as well as a clear photo of the damaged product. Add the claim to the cart and begin the checkout process.
How much will it cost?
There is a $6.95 shipping and handling fee for all warranty replacements.
How long will it take?
Once we receive your claim, our customer service agents will review your request and process your product replacement within 1-3 business days. Shipping will take another 7-10 business days depending on your location.
If additional information is needed, we will reach out to you by email and if for any reason your claim is denied or cannot be completed, we will refund the $6.95 fee and notify you by email.
This warranty supersedes all previous warranties offered on Qmadix products. Qmadix warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, commercial use, acts of God or modification. In no event will Qmadix be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. Qmadix warranty does not cover customer abuse nor do we warranty any device. The Qmadix warranty only pertains to the Qmadix products itself and in no event will Qmadix be liable for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. Qmadix will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with a new, refurbished or like-product. Any parts or product replaced under this warranty will become the property of Qmadix. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs to Qmadix if the item is required to be returned.
