Warranty Replacement Claim
At Qmadix, we stand behind our products and the manner in which it is intended to be used. We offer a warranty replacement guarantee against material defects starting on the first day of purchase for one year. Qmadix Invisible Tech Armor and First Defense tempered glass screen protector(s) have a limited lifetime warranty. Please see our FAQs before filing a claim to address any questions you may have.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT CLAIMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY LIQUID GLASS PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Products that include insurance coverage such as our Invisible First-Defense+ Liquid Glass - Screen Protector or our Invisible First-Defense+ Dual Protection Kit must be registered in advance and are non-replaceable items. Please click here to be redirected.

For all other accessories, you can instantly process your claim by completing the fields below and submitting payment for a shipping & handling fee of $6.95.
Please make sure all fields are completed accurately so we can expedite your replacement. Your purchase receipt image must be clear and show the receipt date and item purchased. An image of the product to be replaced should show the faulty area. If it is a charger, please also make sure the image shows the phone adapter end.
